Sugar Snap Peas are so sweet and delicious that I love to eat them right off the vine. However, these Sugar Snap Peas are from the store and I decided to bake them in the oven. This is such a quick and simple side dish that tastes so good! If you’re looking for a new vegetable for dinner, give these a try.

  1. I bet these are amazing with sesame oil! Olive oil is always my go-to for roasting vegetables if I’m not cooking an Asian-cuisine recipe but this is such a great idea, thank you!

  2. I rarely eat these cooked (because I like them raw). Think I will have to try this, but will probably just use the air fryer for convenience. Thanks for the suggestion.

  3. I’ve never thought of using sesame oil to bake vegetables. Have you tried this with regular green beans, and if so – is it good, too?
