No Oil Honey Mustard Dressing

There is no oil in this Honey Mustard dressing and only 15 calories per Tbsp. However there is honey, mustard, lemon and do you see that crushed garlic floating on top! A whole lot of flavor with very few calories!

Ingredients

Combine all of the ingredients.

Shake well.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour

shaking again before using.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp prepared mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed

Directions

  1. Place all of the ingredients into a container with a lid.
  2. Shake well until combined.
  3. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  4. Shake again before using.

Only 15 calories per Tbsp.

  1. Never tried making honey mustard without olive oil but this sounds intriguing! I could do here and there with a little less olive oil. I usually make mine with some Greek yogurt mixed in too and it sounds like that might be adaptable in this one. Another amazing idea, I love your recipes!!

  2. The only honey mustard I can eat is honey and spicy brown mustard (like Gulden’s). It’s simple and it’s great as a dipping sauce. I might add some acid and/or garlic if I was going to use it as a dressing.
