Shrimp Scampi & Pasta

Delicious shrimp sautéed in butter with a great combination of herbs and served with pasta. The pasta has a nice subtle flavor with parmesan cheese added instead of being smothered in sauce. We love shrimp so I added a full pound to this delicious meal, minus the two shrimp I had to taste test.

  1. I love Shrimp Scampi and make it often, but I have never added red pepper flakes, my kids were love that. Guess I try this next time they come over. Thanks for a new idea Diane.

  2. I had some extra shrimp in the freezer that needed to be cooked and remember your post for shrimp scampi. It was wonderful…..thanks again for another great recipe. Having left overs right now…..
