    • Thank you Rebecca! My husband loves the Lipton Onion Soup recipe so I usually make that. I’m not a lover of meatloaf except for the one I make with Stove Top Stuffing (recipe in my file) and this one! I will eat this one anytime!

  1. This looks good Diane – I’ve never made meatloaf. My mom used to make lasagna meatloaf with lots of cheese on top. I think a nice fat slice of meatloaf on toast is one of the tastiest treats I’ve ever had.

  2. Takes me back to my childhood when meatloaf was a staple. It was a favourite. I’ll have to give this a try and see if it’s as good as mum used to make.

  3. Here is a second great recipe for meatloaf, in less than two months! I will need to do this, either as meatloaf or as filling for stuffed bell peppers, another favourite of mine.

  4. I never thought about putting parmesan and mozzarella cheese in meatloaf. Sounds wonderful! Thank you for finding and following my blog. I look forward to following yours now.

  5. This reminds me of my Mom’s meatloaf but I love the idea of adding the cheeses. I am getting hungry and its only morning.

  6. Made this tonight, and Diane – it tastes like lasagna without noodles! It was delicious – thanks for the recipe – Abe
