Sweetened Condensed Milk
How often do you want to make a recipe and find that you need Sweetened Condensed Milk but you don’t have any? When in a pinch make this recipe instead. You can make it in just a few minutes and move on to the recipe you intended to make in the first place. This will not be thick like the original Sweetened Condensed Milk but it is very close to the same taste so it should work fine with your recipe. Use this in place of the 14 oz can.

😀😀😀
Nice, I never knew how to make it, so I would simply eat it out of the can! Now I can eat it out of the blender.
Hahaha I put mine in my coffee…lol
I’ve done that as well. It’s probably why I’m so rotund!
Hahahaha I’m with you there!
Both better than a thick woman that loves food as much as I do. Have I told you yet that your husband is the luckiest man in the world!
Here’s a hint, whenever I get the feeling that a woman is flirting with me or hitting on me. I immediately tell my wife, just so she knows she better pick up her game.
Hell girl, I’m a wanted man out here!!!!!
Hahahaha I had to read that to my husband! We both are cracking up!
Wonderful!!!
Wow! Amazing! I will make this for all the small recipes I make! And I hope to use this recipe when I am grown up!
Hahaha I would say you already are!
😊😃

I never knew how to make it, sounds doable after reading your recipe – Thanks for sharing this with us!❤
You’re welcome!
That is very handy to know.
It’s very good in coffee too…lol Thanks
I’ve never used this before Diane, so see … there is my rookie skills as a baker shining through again and making me embarrassed!!
Don’t be! I still learn something new almost daily! It helps keep my old brain stay alive…lol
There is so much out there to read sometimes that I get overwhelmed. I had not been on Facebook to read the news or friends’ posts. I just spent an hour wading through them – I think to myself if I had a huge meal to clean up, I’d be up to midnight every night!
Pretty good. 🙂
Thanks Dan!
You’re welcome!
Thank you dear Diane as that was helpful.
I’m so glad! You are very welcome!
Sounds so easy to prepare at home.
Very much so! Thanks!
I keep powdered milk for this reason. My mother would make this as a coffee creamer. Thanks for sharing.
I’m glad I’m not the only one! Thanks!

I keep mine in the refrigerator and use it in my coffee. Enjoy!
I have tried a few recipes using store bought condensed milk.. cake, rice pudding, some sweets and custard..it gives an amazing taste.. and now I know how to prepare it at home..yeahh
It is so easy and yes it is very good! Thank you for stopping by!
I have definitely found myself in that situation. Thank you for the suggestion, Diane. It might save me a trip to the store. Pumpkin pie season is upon us. 🙂
