This turned out better than I ever expected! This was one of those recipe creations that I came up with laying in bed one night. I wish everyone could taste this as it was so good! Using Imitation Crab made it very inexpensive, however, if you live where crab won’t bankrupt you then use freshly cooked crab!

  1. It does look good! We’ve been up for hours and had a super early breakfast, so Hubby just asked what was for lunch. I’ve got everything to make this except spinach leaves. But I do have Swiss Chard that I could substitute! 🙂

  2. This looks phenomenal! I recently went to michigan a few weeks ago where my grandma makes something similar, and I have been craving them ever since. Thank you for sharing this recipe!

  3. I was just craving crab pizza the other day and nowhere to get it here, I didn’t think of the possibility of making it with imitation…this sounds amazing! And “This was one of those recipe creations that I came up with laying in bed one night” – you crack me up!!
