Herbed Parmesan Dressing

If you love a tart salad dressing rather than a sweet one, this recipe is for you. There is no added sugar in this recipe but a whole lot of flavor! I will let this sit overnight in the refrigerator so the flavors can meld together. Tomorrow I am going to make a Ham Pasta Salad and use this in it instead of mayonnaise or Miracle Whip like I usually do. This dressing is also great on your salads.

Shake it really well and refrigerate it overnight.

Shake it again and serve over a lettuce salad or pasta salad.

  1. Ok, this is one I have to try. I really can’t have sugar or dairy. However, I can substitute nutritional yeast for the Parmesan cheese and then it becomes vegan. I would also use fresh lemon juice vs bottled lemon juice (but I have lemons on-hand at all times). This looks really good.

  2. This sounds so good and I wouldn’t have thought to put it over pasta salad! It’s so hot here and I don’t feel like cooking at all when it’s like this but I think I can manage boiling pasta and pour this over it with some veggies 🙂 thanks for this!!
