Eggs Benedict
Eggs Benedict has only four ingredients. Toasted English Muffin, Canadian Bacon and poached eggs all topped with delicious Hollandaise Sauce! I was thrilled how wonderful this turned out. You can make this delicious Eggs Benedict for breakfast or if you’re like me, eat it for supper!

Love eggs Benedict….!
Me too but it took all these years to realize it…lol
😀
Looks tasty
My husband LOVES Eggs Benedict. I have never tried to make it. I think I will just stick to letting him order it when we go out for breakfast!
LOL totally understand! There are a lot of steps but well worth the effort only if you like it too.
Sometimes a lot of steps to a recipe is not that bad when some things can be getting done, while you are doing something else. Like the muffins can be toasting while the bacon is frying so you really only have to watch the eggs. But, I will leave it to “something my hubby eats while out”. 🙂
There is nothing wrong with that! No dishes either! Lol
I need to perfect my eggs benedict! Yours look perfect and super delicious! 😊 yumm thanks for sharing xx
You’re welcome Linda. The secret is whisking constantly and pouring the butter very slowly. Thank you for your kind words!
My favourite breakfast, but one I usually save for when I’m out. I know you can’t get the Thermo-mix in America, but if ever it does get there, you’d love it Diane. It makes the best Hollandaise and all from scratch. I do sometimes cook these at home for a special occasion, and seeing your recipe is definitely tempting me.
Thank you Chris! This was my first time making it from scratch and I love how it turned out. I looked up the Thermo-mix and it is $1,850.00 on Amazon! My goodness it does everything! A little too expensive for my blood…lol
LOVE eggs benedict!! Yum
It is amazing! Thanks Ashley!
Throw a little spinach on there and YUM. 🙂
Didn’t have any but yum! Thanks great idea!
My breakfast.
Lol enjoy!
Will be my breakfast soon …
Lol enjoy!
Looks delish! You’ve given me inspiration. Did you at any vinegar to,your water? Just something I heard years ago about poaching eggs.
No I did not. I have heard that too but I never have and they turn out pretty good. Thank you Wendy!
This looks delicious! I love eggs benedict
Aren’t they amazing? Thank you Rebecca!
Looks tasty Diane. I’ve never had Eggs Benedict before.
Try it in a restaurant next time you go for breakfast. I tried it a few months ago and my gosh was it good!
My daughter would love this, but i have never been a big hollandaise sauce lover. Looks easy enough though.
It would be a nice treat for her. What I put on the two Eggs Benedict in the picture was about half of the sauce so it doesn’t make a lot. I made two more for breakfast the next day with the leftover sauce. So good!
I will have to treat her, just need to get her here for brunch now.
Thsi is great, I’ll make it soon❤️
It is so good! Enjoy!
Thank you
I was just thinking it has been ages since I ate this yummy stuff.
I’m all about this! YUM! 🙂
I would definitely eat this for dinner rather than breakfast. Looks great, Diane!
I love to eat breakfast food for dinner. I don’t eat breakfast, just coffee so it always tastes extra good.
One of my favorites but I rarely have it. Kills your hips!
My hips are already dead! Hahaha
I think that about myself too! Ha, ha.
Lol
