Delicious Spinach or Swiss Chard cooked with bacon and drizzled with Balsamic Vinegar turned to be a great meal for me (or a great side dish). This recipe didn’t take long at all to make and it is my new favorite way to eat Spinach or Swiss Chard.

    • Well I will have to give that a try! I have never tried that before. Would it be good with a runny yolk? I love eggs that way and the yolk would get all over the leaves…yum! I

  1. Cool! Another Swiss Chard recipe! My mother used to make this with lettuce years ago. I’ll have to make some with dinner this evening. 🙂

    • Thanks Robin! I could not believe how this turned out!!!! The bacon with the balsamic was the best flavor I have had with the Swiss Chard thus far! Let me know what you think.
