Spinach or Swiss Chard with Bacon
Delicious Spinach or Swiss Chard cooked with bacon and drizzled with Balsamic Vinegar turned to be a great meal for me (or a great side dish). This recipe didn’t take long at all to make and it is my new favorite way to eat Spinach or Swiss Chard.

Great recipe 👍
Thank you! I usually use cider vinegar and I will only use balsamic from now on!
So tasty
Yes love my bacon! Thank you!
Yes : and may I say that one egg dropped into water, or a fried egg on the top is good, too ?
amitiés – france 🙂
Well I will have to give that a try! I have never tried that before. Would it be good with a runny yolk? I love eggs that way and the yolk would get all over the leaves…yum! I
Mmm…. Yummy. This is a great way to eat chard.💪
Thank you! You can’t go wrong with bacon…lol
Thanks!
Cool! Another Swiss Chard recipe! My mother used to make this with lettuce years ago. I’ll have to make some with dinner this evening. 🙂
Thanks Robin! I could not believe how this turned out!!!! The bacon with the balsamic was the best flavor I have had with the Swiss Chard thus far! Let me know what you think.
Seems very flavorful….bacon must have done the trick
Bacon and the balsamic vinegar. I always use cider vinegar and balsamic was totally different and so good!
