Baked Parmesan Chicken Breasts

Do you like chicken breasts that are not fried, have a lot of flavor and a light coating of breading? These are so easy to make and they only have four ingredients. It doesn’t get any easier than this!

Ingredients

Pound the chicken breasts so they are all the same thickness.

In a wide bowl or a plate, combine the parmesan cheese,

Italian Salad Dressing and garlic powder.

Rinse off the chicken breast and shake off excess water.

Coat both sides of the chicken in the cheese mixture.

Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.

Place the coated chicken on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 20-25 minutes or until

the inside temperature of the chicken breasts are 165 degrees.

If they are not brown enough, put the baking sheet

under the broiler until they are brown enough.

Be careful though so you do not over cook them.

 

Baked Parmesan Chicken Breasts

Ingredients

  • 4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 envelope Italian Salad Dressing mix
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Pound chicken breasts so they are all the same thickness.
  3. In a wide bowl or plate combine Parmesan Cheese, Italian Salad Dressing Mix and garlic powder.
  4. Rinse off the chicken and shake off the excess water.
  5. Place the chicken in the cheese mixture and coat the chicken on both sides.
  6. Spray a baking sheet with cooking oil.
  7. Pace the coated chicken onto the baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken is 165 degrees. If the chicken is done but not brown enough, place the pan under the broiler to brown. Be careful not to over cook or they will be dry.

  1. i love this dish but added more garlic to it .Thank you last had similar in Sorrento in our other home. Chap from Palermo makes chicken breasts almost this way and cooks in hot traveno oven until it just sings then pours lemon juices from the trees that line the main street down to the statue of the saint in centre. This on top of chicken is bellisimo del gracia
