Baked Parmesan Chicken Breasts
Do you like chicken breasts that are not fried, have a lot of flavor and a light coating of breading? These are so easy to make and they only have four ingredients. It doesn’t get any easier than this!

Ingredients
Pound the chicken breasts so they are all the same thickness.
In a wide bowl or a plate, combine the parmesan cheese,
Italian Salad Dressing and garlic powder.
Rinse off the chicken breast and shake off excess water.
Coat both sides of the chicken in the cheese mixture.
Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
Place the coated chicken on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 20-25 minutes or until
the inside temperature of the chicken breasts are 165 degrees.
If they are not brown enough, put the baking sheet
under the broiler until they are brown enough.
Be careful though so you do not over cook them.

i love this dish but added more garlic to it .Thank you last had similar in Sorrento in our other home. Chap from Palermo makes chicken breasts almost this way and cooks in hot traveno oven until it just sings then pours lemon juices from the trees that line the main street down to the statue of the saint in centre. This on top of chicken is bellisimo del gracia
That sounds amazing! I love lemon on just about anything. I have to back off though because my husband is just an occasional lemon guy…lol

Really easy and white meat is not one of my favorites but I liked these! The secret is to keep checking the internal temperature and don’t over cook. Let me know what you think.
For sure.
