One Ingredient Meatballs
Meatballs anyone can make! When you read how easy it is to make these One Ingredient Meatballs you will kick yourself for not making these sooner. I love to make a big batch of my meatballs and freeze them for our spaghetti meals. Unfortunately we used them up and guess who forgot to make more? I decided to make them this way this time and it was a huge hit!
Ingredient – or your favorite sausage.
Take each sausage link and squeeze out three even pieces of the
raw sausage from the casing then discard the empty casing.
Roll each of the three pieces into a ball and set aside.
Repeat with the rest of the sausage.
In a large non stick frying pan over medium heat, cook the meatballs
until completely cooked through and no more pink remains.
Add the meatballs to your favorite dish or simply serve as an appetizer.

Thank you Daniellek!
This is so much easier than how I do it. Thank you! I’m trying this 💟
It definitely is and if you have a sausage you really love it makes it so good! I still like my traditional meatballs but this was definitely a nice change of pace!
Looks delicious
Thank you it was so easy and delicious!
I’m moving next door to you and offering to be a “taster”.
Oh please do! Then we won’t eat as much..lol
Easy solution when in rush. Here now is full on summer 109f in shade. Hens decided to hatch in stages so chicks in dozens daily and so much work to sort it out. Glad now that I built a hen palace with nursery attached.Still occupies me for days weeks on going. No time left for blog but have in done in pipe line ready for Monday.
I raised chickens once. We did it as a learning experience for our kids. It was a great experience for us as well however, we had to purchase everything for the chickens and it was so expensive we ended up butchering them. I made homemade egg noodles for Christmas gifts that year with the eggs.
Brilliant!
Any left?
No?
(sniff)
That’s..OK…I’ll be fine…(sniff)
Hahaha we had 3 left but I ate them the next day! Thanks Ash!
Great idea! Especially when the local meat markets have their special seasonal brats for summer!
