One Ingredient Meatballs

Meatballs anyone can make! When you read how easy it is to make these One Ingredient Meatballs you will kick yourself for not making these sooner. I love to make a big batch of my meatballs and freeze them for our spaghetti meals. Unfortunately we used them up and guess who forgot to make more? I decided to make them this way this time and it was a huge hit!

Ingredient – or your favorite sausage.

Take each sausage link and squeeze out three even pieces of the

raw sausage from the casing then discard the empty casing.

Roll each of the three pieces into a ball and set aside.

Repeat with the rest of the sausage.

In a large non stick frying pan over medium heat, cook the meatballs

until completely cooked through and no more pink remains.

Add the meatballs to your favorite dish or simply serve as an appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 1# hot sausage links, or your favorite sausage

Directions

  1. Remove the raw sausage from the casing of one sausage dividing it into three pieces, discarding the casing.
  2. Roll the three pieces into three balls and set aside. Repeat with the rest of the sausage links.
  3. In a large non-stick frying pan, cook the meatballs over medium heat until completely cooked through and no pink remains.
  4. Add the meatballs to your favorite dish or serve as an appetizer.

    • It definitely is and if you have a sausage you really love it makes it so good! I still like my traditional meatballs but this was definitely a nice change of pace!

  1. Easy solution when in rush. Here now is full on summer 109f in shade. Hens decided to hatch in stages so chicks in dozens daily and so much work to sort it out. Glad now that I built a hen palace with nursery attached.Still occupies me for days weeks on going. No time left for blog but have in done in pipe line ready for Monday.

    • I raised chickens once. We did it as a learning experience for our kids. It was a great experience for us as well however, we had to purchase everything for the chickens and it was so expensive we ended up butchering them. I made homemade egg noodles for Christmas gifts that year with the eggs.
