Copycat Red Lobster Pizza
One of my favorite lunches at Red Lobster, a seafood restaurant, is Lobster Pizza. It is quite pricey but oh so good! I knew I had to make it at home and let me tell you, it tastes even better than theirs because I have more lobster meat on mine. I haven’t tried this with imitation lobster yet but it should work just fine if you don’t want to pay the high price for real lobster.

This sounds so good! I’ve had crab pizza but never lobster…it’s been so long since I’ve been to a Red Lobster, I remember it so well from my childhood though! Might have to try this with some imitation lobster at some point…I love pizzas done with tortillas too.
