Chicken Pasta Casserole

Chicken Pasta Casserole has a great combination of flavors. Top off the creamy, cheesy elbow macaroni with crushed Ritz Crackers and then even more cheese and you have one hearty, delicious meal! Although there is a bunch of small steps to make this, it really is easy to make…..and worth it! Both my grandchildren cleaned their bowls, my husband had seconds and my daughter took a bowl home for her dinner after a twelve hour work day! This recipe can be cut in half, but we needed the full recipe!

  1. I really like macaroni and cheese. This looks like a nice twist to add some protein and make it a meal. I am going to give it a try.
