My Mom made these Jell-O Pineapple Rings when I was a kid. The flavor of the Jell-O sets into the pineapple rings making them absolutely delicious with a meal or as a snack! I use to love them and I decided to make them for my grandkids. These can be made with regular Jell-O or with sugar-free Jell-O. I always buy the pineapple rings that are in their own juice but you can use the syrup kind if you want to. They are easy to make and don’t take long for the Jell-O to set, however, they work best for me if I let them set for at least 6 hours. I used cherry Jell-O but you can use what ever flavor is your favorite.

Cut both ends of the can off but keep the lids attached to the Jell-O.

Push on the cut lid pushing the Jell-O Pineapple out of the can and onto a plate.

  1. I’m certain that everyone young or old would fall in love with these beautiful fruit & jelly rings. I am going to surprise my family with these sweet treats, thanks a lot for sharing this recipe !

  2. I had canned fruit in my jello growing up, but these pineapple ones are a cure idea. Although I must say, cherry is the best jello flavour. Lol

  3. I can see this being served on iceberg lettuce with a dab of sweetened mayonnaise on top of it. Or maybe some sweeten cream cheese to make a really great salad.
