Easy Mixed Fruit Dessert
Do you need to whip up a dessert for home or an outing and you just don’t have time? Do you like fruit bowls but can’t stand paying the price for fresh fruit and you don’t have the time to prepare fresh fruit? You can make this Easy Mixed Fruit Dessert in less than five minutes!
Ingredients
In a large bowl, pour in the cherry pie filling,
pineapple, mandarin oranges and mixed fruit.
Gently toss coating the fruit with the cherry pie filling.
You can serve it just like this or continue with the next step.
Add the marshmallows.
Gently toss the marshmallows with the fruit.
Refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve.

- 20 oz can pineapple chunks, drained
- 15 oz can mandarin oranges, drained
- 21 oz can cherry pie filling
- 10 oz bag miniature marshmallows, optional
Directions
- In a large bowl, add the fruit and pie filling.
- Gently toss coating all of the fruit with the cherry pie filling.
- Add the marshmallows and gently toss coating them.
- Refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve and refrigerate leftovers.

Are you from Iowa? For the longest time Des Moines and Iowa were the largest per capita consumers of jello products. You could not go to a function or to do without someone bringing a bowl of this salad.
No I’m from Ohio but I grew up the same way, everybody used Jello..lol My next recipe with Jello will be in a can with pineapple and then slice. My Mom used to make it when I was a kid.
