Creamy Parmesan Italian Dressing
My husband eats a lot of salads. I like experimenting with different salad dressings for him to try. I used my recipe for homemade mayonnaise (recipe under condiments) to made this Creamy Parmesan Italian Dressing. You can use store bought mayonnaise if you want too. I like that this doesn’t make a large amount of salad dressing which means it stays fresh.
Ingredients
Simple ingredients that you probably already have in your cupboard.
Mix all of the ingredients together in a blender or use an immersion blender.
Refrigerate until ready to use and refrigerate the leftovers.

Looks good
Thank you!
We used to go to a restaurant here that had the best creamy Parmesan dressing – then they closed up. I’ve been trying to duplicate it ever since – so this is printed out and I’ll give it a go!
Awesome! I didn’t put any salt in my recipe so if you like salt add to you own taste. I hope you like it GP!
Me too! I don’t know why that place closed up – they were always packed!!
Sounds good, but definitely with honey, not corn syrup. I have a thing about corn syrup and read all labels to make sure there isn’t any in anything I buy. That’s since reading a book called, Animal, Vegetable, Miracle. It’s a great book, and one that had me researching the perils of corn syrup.
I am still learning about all the bad ingredients and have come a long way! Thanks for the heads up on another one!
Sounds great. Nice share Diane.
Thanks Sumith!
