Reuben Sandwich
Happy Saint Patrick’s Day everyone and Happy 7th Birthday to my sweet granddaughter. Today I am spending my day with her because her mom has to work. I am taking her out to eat so I will not be cooking supper today.
Reuben Sandwiches are definitely one of my favorite sandwiches! The link below is one of the very first recipes I shared on my blog. I might have had 25 followers then so I thought in honor of Saint Patrick’s Day I would post it again.

It is the first name of the man that came up with the sandwich…lol
