Slow Cooker Basil Garlic Pork Chops
Yesterday my son and daughter in law came to dinner. My grandchildren were here too so it was a nice family meal. I decided to make these Slow Cooker Basil Garlic Pork Chops. These pork chops are one of the best slow cooker pork chops I have ever made. I have posted them before but I have had more than 1,000 new followers since posting them. When I buy pork chops I always buy a pork loin and have the butcher cut it into 3/4” thick pieces and then I use it as my pork chops. I wait to buy the pork loin until it goes on sale because it is actually cheaper than buying regular pork chops that way. They are boneless and delicious. You can use any type of pork chops you want with this recipe because they will all turn out amazing!
