I finally came up with a delicious Homemade Meatball recipe that my husband and I both absolutely loved! I made these with half ground beef and half Italian sausage. I used an ice cream scoop to form them so they are as big as they are good!

  1. i’ve tried to cook meatballs before but this recipe you shared is kind of different and it also looks so yuummmy! thank you so much for sharing this, i might as well try to cook them sometime soon 🍝🍜

  2. I had meatballs just a few days ago for lunch, would’ve loved to have stumbled upon this recipe then so I could try it out, well saving it for another time.. 🙂

  3. These look and sound delicious. I never thought of using Italian sausages with minced beef. It sounds ideal, as I often find the Italian sausages are just a bit to spicey on their own.

  4. I use a similar mixture, only a lot more hot stuff in it like tobasco, chilli and tomato sauce/ketchup and then roll up in puff pastry – sausage rolls!! These meatballs look great and the ice cream scoop is such a great idea!! Donna 🧚🏻‍♀️❤️🙏 donnadoesdresses.com

  5. Baking meatballs in the oven is really the only way to go. I used to cook them in a pan on the stove, but I could never get them nice and evenly done – one side would always be burnt! I love your recipe (as always). 🙂

  6. Divine! was at the grocer last night and had bought about 10 packs of minced meat on a mad reduction, planned to freeze some and do a batch of chilli, but here’s another idea of what to do with the rest😀 great! hope it works without the sausage ? as i don’t have any just now. thank you

  7. Looks great! I am glad to see other people use their hands too. To me, it is the best way to mix up meat!
