Three Ingredients Beef Tips & Gravy
It is unbelievable how this tasted so good with only three ingredients and I cooked it in the slow cooker! It does not get any simpler than this and the meat…..well it was absolutely fall apart tender and the flavor was amazing! Fix this with rice or potatoes, add a vegetable and you have a complete delicious meal.

I think Basmati rice would be good with that 🙂 Looks yummy!
Yes it would! I just finished 3 days of balsamic roasted veggies….lol I made a ton and it took 3 days to finish them!
Wait I read that wrong! What is Basmati rice?
Basmati rice is longer and tastes sweter, cooks easier. Jasmine rice is great also.
I love jasmine rice and have that in my cupboard! I will check out Basmati on line because I have never seen it where I live. Thanks I love new things!
I think you’ll love it, too!
Though I finally left slow-cooking to my wife and her more usual device, I must note my ownership and use for decades of a Rival Slow-Cook Countertop OVEN. Ceramic, polycarbonate door, 2 speeds=get the food hot, let it slow cook.
Owned for about 40-50 years, now. Few years back, I emailed Rival asking if they will ever be doing an updated model? No one there knew what I was talking about.

I have never heard of that either! Sounds like an amazing device. Is is like an convection oven?
Nope. Simple ceramic cube with heat elements molded in. Just 2 settings.
They always do away with the good stuff!
I have a roast that I was just going to cook with onion soup in the slow cooker, but I am going to try this instead. I will let you know how it turns out.
I made this and it was so tender. Nice taste and it was great reheated the next day as well. Yummy.
Thank you so much carhicks! I am so glad you enjoyed it and wasn’t it easy?
I couldn’t believe how easy. Cooked while I was down at the pool.
Nice recipe
Thank you!
3 ingredients?! Saving for one of “those days”! 😀
Well worth it!
Ohh… I love slow cooks but does your slow cook make your meat soft and shredded? In your photo, your meats are still in cubes. I work full time and every time I come home to my slowcook meals, my meats are all shredded. Any tips on how to not let that happen?
Melanie I cut my meat into cubes before cooking. It stayed in cubes but was super tender. You could stab it with a fork and was very tender. If you cut the cubes too small they tend to shred more. I like to cut mine 1” to 1-1/2” in size and this is how mine turn out. Also may be the type of meat your use. I like to use chuck roast for this. I hope this helps!
Yum. Diane, I have nominated you for the Blogger Recognition Award. If you don’t participate in awards, please accept this as a compliment of high esteem. I enjoy your blog.
That you so much Phyllis! You are so kind!
You’re welcome
That looks mouthwateringly delicious. 😋
Thank you we love it!
I’ve printed it out – sounds easy enough for even me to put together and throw into the Ninja cooker!!
Love my Ninja! It is a staple in my kitchen!
Then – I’ll be loving your recipes. I just got mine and have only made one dish so far to experiment – tuna noodle casserole.
One of my favorites! 😋
Me too!
Looks delicious I must try this!
Thank you Roseanuri! It is a simple and delicious meal!
