This is a quick and easy old fashion Vanilla Pudding recipe. I am a vanilla freak! I would take vanilla over chocolate any day. I used my homemade vanilla extract in this recipe which is amazing by itself! It gave this Vanilla Pudding a wonderful flavor! 1. I like vanilla better than chocolate too. Custard isn’t big in America. Your Pudding is very much like custard, popular in the UK and down under in Australia and NZ. We can make it from scratch as in your recipe, but most people now use vanilla flavoured custard powder(mentioned in a previous comment). It’s very popular here and in England to make a thinner version as a sauce to pour over hot puddings and apple pies – very, very nice.

    • I looked it up on Amazon as I had never heard of it and they have it. Sometime I may have to order it to see what it’s like! This is my favorite part of blogging is hearing what other people do and use make their recipes! Thank you so much for sharing that with me!
