73CAC64D-A152-49E2-8E4D-6399046DE736Slow Cooker Roast and Gravy can be made by adding just two ingredients to the roast. Once it’s cooked, you have so many possibilities! Below is five different ways to use the roast.

  1. Slice with gravy on top.
  2. Slice or shred with the gravy for an open face sandwich.
  3. Shred with gravy over mashed potatoes.
  4. Shred and add BBQ sauce for sandwiches.
  5. Shred and use it for shredded beef sandwiches as I am doing.

Anything you make with it will be delicious when you add just 2 ingredients to the beef in the slow cooker.

Remove the meat to a cutting board.

Strain any large pieces of fat from the gravy and discard.

Doesn’t that gravy look amazing!

Now from here you can go ahead and slice it, make

mashed potatoes and you already have your gravy made!
