I love using my freshly dehydrated herbs from our garden to make my dinners. I also think rosemary and thyme make a great combination of flavor, especially on chicken. This Rosemary-Thyme Chicken with Red Potatoes is baked and you can use either boneless thighs or boneless breast meat.

  1. I love roasted potatoes and chicken. I am jealous that you can grow your own herbs, however. I tried but nothing seems to last for me in the desert heat.

      • With temps over 100F in the summer, I couldn’t live without AC, but somehow I am not convinced anything would grow indoors as good.

  2. Rosemary and thyme are such a yummy combination of flavours for chicken, the whole dish sounds like something we would prepare for a weekend dinner with the family 😀
