Baked Skinless Chicken Thighs

Yes chicken can be this easy, healthy and delicious all in one recipe! This recipe is different from most chicken recipes. My recipe is Skinless Chicken Thighs but they still have the bones. In my opinion the bones add extra flavor. Removing the skin eliminates most of the unhealthy fat and allows the seasoning to flavor the chicken meat instead of just the skin.

  1. I love chicken thighs. My goal for this year is to eat healthier, so this will certainly help. I do love that crunchy skin, but I know it is so bad. I will have to try this one.

  3. Great timing on this recipe I just purchased some chicken thighs. Thanks for sharing it looks and sounds delicious and I am going to fix them. Hugs

  4. Since I’ve been cooking a lot more lately, this is definitely up my alley. In fact, I bought boneless skinless chicken breasts at Sam’s on Monday, and need to get it split up and in the freezer, so chicken was already the plan for tonight. I think I’ll borrow your seasoning and broil. 😉
