Baked Skinless Chicken Thighs
Yes chicken can be this easy, healthy and delicious all in one recipe! This recipe is different from most chicken recipes. My recipe is Skinless Chicken Thighs but they still have the bones. In my opinion the bones add extra flavor. Removing the skin eliminates most of the unhealthy fat and allows the seasoning to flavor the chicken meat instead of just the skin.
Ingredients – And Olive Oil to
drizzle on top of the chicken too.
Cover a baking sheet with foil
and spray with cooking spray.
Place the chicken thighs on the pan.
In a small bowl combine seasonings.
Drizzle olive oil over the top and
sprinkle seasonings evenly over
the chicken.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven
for 45-55 minutes or until the chicken
thighs thickest part is 170 degrees.
Remove to a plate and serve.

You’re welcome I know my husband and grandkids loved it!
I love chicken thighs. My goal for this year is to eat healthier, so this will certainly help. I do love that crunchy skin, but I know it is so bad. I will have to try this one.
I’m a huge skin lover too Carla! But seriously, this has so much flavor I didn’t even miss it!
Love your pictures! I am a huge nature lover, especially bald eagles!
Awesome, will try this
Yummy
Thanks I could make this every week!

Pleasure
I completely agree with you on the flavor bone in thighs have. I usually roast them skin on. I’ll have to try this with your spice mix.
You will be surprised how much more flavor the meat will have and so much healthier!
Great timing on this recipe I just purchased some chicken thighs. Thanks for sharing it looks and sounds delicious and I am going to fix them. Hugs
You’re welcome! We just bought a ton more today. They were on sale for .88 a pound! We bought two huge family size packages for $4.00!
Great buy!
Absolute bliss! Love the ingredient combo, anything with paprika got me.
Thank you! Have you ever had smoked paprika? I just tried it for the first time a few weeks ago.
Oh yes, one of my favourite hot spice. use it in marinades and mostly chilli con carne. how did you find it? I love the warmth it brings into the dish and that Smokey flavour wraps it all up for me.
I kept seeing it in recipes but just used regular paprika. Then my husband found it in the grocery store.
Printable recipe cards now! You are quite the helpful one!
Anything to make it easier..lol
Since I’ve been cooking a lot more lately, this is definitely up my alley. In fact, I bought boneless skinless chicken breasts at Sam’s on Monday, and need to get it split up and in the freezer, so chicken was already the plan for tonight. I think I’ll borrow your seasoning and broil. 😉
Great enjoy!!
