Chocolate Pudding
Do you need a quick dessert that everyone will like? Try this delicious homemade Chocolate Pudding! Make it up the night before or in the morning, put it in the refrigerator and your dessert is ready to go for supper or as a snack. When I was a kid this was the only way we ate pudding. We never had those little processed cups of pudding that last for months in the cupboard.
Ingredients
In a heavy bottom medium size pan combine the sugar, cocoa, salt and cornstarch.
Slowly whisk in the milk.
Bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil for 2 minutes.
Pour into individual serving cups and refrigerate until Chocolate Pudding sets up.
