Cheddar Cheese Sauce
Need a quick Cheddar Cheese Sauce to make macaroni and cheese? How about cheese for your veggies or even potatoes? Try this quick homemade cheese sauce that can be made in minutes! This recipe makes about 1-1/2 cups of Cheddar Cheese Sauce.
Ingredients
In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter.
Add the flour and whisk until smooth.
Add the milk, salt and pepper and continue to whisk and heat until thick and bubbly.
Remove from the heat and add the cheese whisking until the cheese is completely melted. Add to your food and enjoy!

1 cup milk
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

This recipe is practically identical to the one I make. The only difference is that my recipe calls for dry mustard. I’ve made it with and without the dry mustard both are really good.
