Slow Cooker Beef Tips & Gravy Over Rice
Slow Cooker Beef Tips & Gravy Over Rice was an easy and delicious meal to prepare. The meat was so tender that it just fell apart and there was plenty of gravy to satisfy everyone. Put all this goodness on top of rice or noodles and what a fabulous meal! Using rice instead of noodles was a nice change.

Cook the onion in hot oil over medium-high heat until almost tender.
Add the beef stew meat and cook until the meat is browned, about 5 minutes.

Pour over the meat. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
Turn slow cooker to high, if not already on high.

Slowly pour into the beef liquid, stirring as you pour.
