Easy Cheesy Hotdog Pasta
I made this Easy Cheesy Hotdog Pasta recipe for my Grandkids because they LOVE hotdogs! This is the first recipe I really can’t tell you how good it was because I am not a lover of hot dogs. I found it on a Facebook group by Novella Smith and thought it would be a good one for the grandkids. They like a hint of spicy food and they especially love hot dogs so I thought I would give it a try. It was very easy to make. I did not put the green pepper in because I didn’t have any or any onions because they don’t like them. Adjust the ingredients to what your kids like as I did.
Ingredients
Melt butter, add the cut up pieces of hot dogs and cook until brown.
Add the rest of the ingredients, except the cheese.
Simmer until the pasta is tender.
Add cheese and stir until melted.
Place on a plate and top with more cheese then serve.

Ingredients
1 package hotdogs
2 Tbl butter
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1 – 14.5 oz can chicken broth
1 – 14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes
1/4 tsp pepper
few drops of hot sauce, optional
1 – 4 oz can green chilies
2 – 1/2 cups uncooked rotini pasta
1-2 cups cheese, your favorite
Directions
Melt butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add onion, green pepper and hot dogs. Cook until veggies are tender and hot dogs are brown.
Add the rest of the ingredients, except the cheese. Stir and simmer, covered, until pasta is tender.
Add cheese and stir until the cheese is melted.
Place on a plate and top with more cheese then serve.

Hi Diane. I made your Pan Apple Pie this morning and had a slice earlier this afternoon. It is very easy to slice and remove from the dish and also tastes scrumptious!

Not a hotdog fan either but I would try this one, spicy and cheese, you can’t go wrong with that!
I didn’t make it very spicy for the grandkids. I wish I could have tried it but wasn’t interested. They devoured almost all of the hotdogs though.
