Herbed Potato Wedges
I love making a quick, easy and flavorful potato. I change the flavor of Herbed Potato Wedges all the time. I used oregano for my herb this time but you can use rosemary, thyme, Cajun seasonings (endless possibilities) and they taste different with every herb.
Ingredients
Line a baking sheet with foil and spray the foil with cooking spray.
Place potato wedges, skin side down, onto the pan keeping them from touching.
Spray the potato wedges with cooking spray.
Sprinkle the rest of the ingredients over the top.
Bake and serve.

I usually just use butter and season salt. I should try the herbs. Sounds yummy!!!
It’s a totally different taste made the same way. We think it’s nice to change it up a bit. We grow some of our favorite herbs and I dehydrate them. That way I use them all year long. Thank you terrepruitt!
Yes, change it up a bit! Well, also, if you grow your own the flavor is way better than store bought herbs!!!
