Herbed Potato Wedges

I love making a quick, easy and flavorful potato. I change the flavor of Herbed Potato Wedges all the time. I used oregano for my herb this time but you can use rosemary, thyme, Cajun seasonings (endless possibilities) and they taste different with every herb.

Ingredients

Line a baking sheet with foil and spray the foil with cooking spray.

Place potato wedges, skin side down, onto the pan keeping them from touching.

Spray the potato wedges with cooking spray.

Sprinkle the rest of the ingredients over the top.

Bake and serve.

Ingredients

3 medium baking potatoes (skin on, washed and cut each potato into 6 wedges)

3 Tbl grated Parmesan Cheese

1/2 tsp garlic salt

1/2 tsp dried oregano (or any favorite dried herb)

1/2 tsp paprika

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Line a baking sheet with foil and spray it with cooking spray.

Place potato wedges on the foil, skin side down.

Spray potatoes with cooking spray.

Sprinkle the rest of the ingredients evenly over the potato wedges.

Bake for 30 – 40 minutes or until potato wedges are tender and lightly brown.

    • It’s a totally different taste made the same way. We think it’s nice to change it up a bit. We grow some of our favorite herbs and I dehydrate them. That way I use them all year long. Thank you terrepruitt!
