Baked Parmesan Potato Wedges

Do you love potatoes but don’t like frying them in all that grease? Me either so I always fix my Potato Wedges, French Fries etc in the oven with different seasonings. These simple Baked Parmesan Potato Wedges are healthier than fried because they are baked with olive oil and the skin is left on for more added vitamins. Follow these simple directions and surprise your family with a brand new tasty potato.

Ingredients – with paprika too.

Wash the potatoes and pat them dry. Cut them into wedges leaving the skin on.

Place them into a bowl and pour olive oil over them mixing well.

Lay Potato Wedges, skin side down, on a lightly grease baking sheet.

Sprinkle with salt, pepper, paprika and Parmesan cheese.

Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 35-45 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve plain, with ketchup, vinegar or your favorite dipping sauce.

Baked Parmesan Potato Wedges

Ingredients

6 medium potatoes

3 Tbl olive oil

salt and pepper to taste

paprika to taste

Grated parmesan cheese to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Lightly spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.

Wash potatoes and pat dry. Cut potatoes into wedge shapes, leaving the skin on.

Place the potato wedges into a bowl and pour olive oil over them. Use a large spoon and mix potatoes and oil until all of the potato wedges are completely covered in the oil.

Place the potato wedges, skin side down, onto a baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, paprika and Parmesan Cheese to your taste.

Bake for 35-45 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve plain, with ketchup, vinegar or your favorite dipping sauce.
