Microwave S’Mores
Who can resist these ooey gooey delicious chocolate, marshmallow and graham cracker treats? This recipe is kid friendly and a great one minute treat. Seriously…..in one minute you can be eating one of these wonderful treats from your childhood. I used to cook them over the campfire all the time when I camped for many years. But that was the only time I made them.
I thought I would see how they cooked in the microwave. So cool because the marshmallow blows up huge in a matter of seconds. I think it is as much fun to watch the marshmallow get huge as it is to eat the S’More! Kids and adults alike will love making these because they are just so easy!
Now the funny part about making these in the microwave, which I have done for years, is that I just decided to google Microwave S’Mores to see if I was the only one that ever thought of this…of course not!
Surprise your kids, grandkids or even the adults and give this a whirl. I microwave my peeps at Easter too!
Ingredients
Place half a graham cracker on a plate. Place one marshmallow upright on the center of the graham cracker.
Microwave for 5-10 seconds just until the marshmallow doubles in size.
Quickly place half of a chocolate bar on top of the marshmallow pressing it down gently.
Put a graham cracker on top of the chocolate and press lightly until the marshmallow oozes out the sides.
In the picture above I made it the same way except I used three marshmallows on a whole graham cracker. Immediately placed a whole candy bar on top with another whole graham cracker.

To make an entire graham cracker S’More, make it the same way as above except place three marshmallows on a whole graham cracker.
