Lemon Baked Shrimp

If you love Shrimp and Lemon as much as I do, then you will love this recipe. It is a quick and easy dish to fix that has a great lemon flavor. Eat it as a meal or as an appetizer. Dip some bread in the lemon butter as an extra snack with your meal.

Ingredients

Lay the lemon slices flat on the bottom of the baking dish.

Put the herbs in the melted butter, microwave for 10 seconds on high and stir.

Place the shrimp in a single layer on top of the lemon slices.

Using a spoon drizzle the melted butter (with the herbs) on top of the shrimp.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 15 minutes and serve. As an added bonus, dip some bread into the lemon butter and eat it with your meal..

Ingredients

1/2# raw shrimp, peeled and deveined

1/2 stick butter (4 Tbl)

1/2 fresh lemon, sliced thin

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp dried rosemary

1/4 tsp dried thyme

1/2 tsp dried parsley

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl, melt the butter in the microwave. Stir in the herbs, salt and let sit for 5 minutes.

Lay the lemon slices flat in a single layer on the bottom of a baking dish. Place the shrimp in a single layer on top of the lemon slices.

Heat the butter and herbs for 10 more seconds in the microwave. Spoon the butter and the herbs over the top of the shrimp.

Bake uncovered for 15 minutes and serve. This can be served as an appetizer or a meal. Dip bread into the lemon butter if you wish.
