Grilled or Baked Asian Pork Chops

IMG_1813

Yes these are as delicious as they look! I am not a big lover of Pork Chops but these are absolutely fantastic! This is my version of Asian Pork Chops. Thank you to my husband for grilling them to perfection! You can also bake these beauties in about 20 minutes.

I do not buy regular pork chops with the bone in but you definitely can use them with this recipe. I buy a pork loin, when they go on sale, and I cut it to the thickness I want for Pork Chops. The butcher will do this for you for free. Believe it or not, it is a cheap way to get a great cut of meat.

I get many meals out of one pork loin by freezing it in meal size portions. In the end it is cheaper than buying regular pork chops with a bone, it is a better cut of meat and you are not paying for the bone.

If you use bone in pork chops they will take longer.
