Chicken & Green Chili Burritos
I love green chili’s so I thought why not add them to Chicken Burritos. It was a great combination with the cheese and taco sauce too! I bought a cooked rotisserie chicken from Sam’s Club and made three different meals from one chicken. This was one of the meals I made with the rotisserie chicken. This easy recipe makes eight burritos.
Ingredients
Shred cooked chicken in a large bowl. Add green chilis, taco sauce and cheese. Mix well.
Lay tortilla shell out flat.
Place 1/2 cup of chicken mixture 1/3 of way from the bottom of the tortilla shell.
Fold the tortilla shell over chicken mixture and roll slightly.
Fold in the ends.
Continue rolling the tortilla shell and then place it seam side down in an oven safe dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Pour taco sauce on top and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Sprinkle on cheese and bake 5 minutes more.

Thank you Vivian!
Oooh yum!! These sound really good 🙂 x
Thank you! I even heated the leftovers in the microwave the next day for one minute and still delicious!
Chili? Is it spicy?
The green chili’s aren’t bad but I used lot of extra taco sauce. The taco sauce was the spiciest.
Oh, I forgot that green chillis aren’t bad as the red ones.
Right and these are canned.
