Bubble Bread

Do you love garlic bread but you are not a bread baker? Impress your family and guests with this easy recipe. I have made these since my kids were little and it has always been a favorite in our house. I can’t even remember where the recipe came from. As you can see on my blog, I make different recipes almost daily. I can remember all the stories of how every day of the week the families ate the same thing. Sunday was roast, Monday was fish and so on. My family never experienced that in my house. In fact, my husband always tells me how good a meal was followed by “Well I guess I will never see that again!” This is one of those recipes that got lost amongst all my cookbooks and recipes. Well I found it the other day so here it is. Hopefully, now that I have this blog, I can quickly look up our favorite recipes and make them again…..lol What is nice about this recipe is that it is made with frozen bread dough! Our package had multiple frozen loaves in it, making it easy to whip these up at any time. The hardest part with making these is thawing out the bread dough and waiting for it to rise. When I thaw my dough, I wrap it in plastic wrap to keep it from drying out and put it in the refrigerator over night. So……. if you have always been afraid of making any type of bread or rolls, this recipe is for you!
