Scalloped Potatoes & Ham
Whether you like Scalloped Potatoes as a side dish or Scalloped Potatoes & Ham as a main meal, like we do, this recipe is comfort food at it’s best. Usually I make this early in the day and cook it in the slow cooker. Today I didn’t plan ahead so I cooked it in the oven instead. Either way I cook it, it always turns out delicious!
Start by peeling and slicing the potatoes and onions.
Add cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt & pepper and ham.
Mix and place into a 4 quart baking dish with a lid.
Bake at 375 degrees for about 1 hour or until the potatoes are tender.

Diane, I used to make a very similar dish, but would add shredded cheddar cheese to it. It was always a favorite,
