Slow Cooker Pork Chops

It only takes three ingredients to make these moist, fork tender Slow Cooker Pork Chops that are ready in 6-8 hours. I buy a pork loin and then I cut it into 1/2″ thick boneless pork chops. They were ready to eat in 6 hours. Empty the Lipton Onion Soup pouch into the slow cooker, pour in one can of chicken broth, stir with a fork and place pork chops in. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Fix a potato and veggie and supper is done. Below is a pork chop that I cut with a fork….so tender! You can switch the Lipton Onion Soup with any of their other flavors as well. I don’t know where this recipe came from, probably the Lipton Soup box, but I have been making it for years!IMG_9100
